What you can use
The limited free apparel pilot provides one workspace, one active project, up to five models and 25 variants, 100 evidence files and 50 MB of private evidence storage. You can import and export product spreadsheets, organize evidence, run a deterministic readiness assessment, prepare supplier requests, publish an illustrative approved-field preview, and download a readiness pack. No card is required, and no paid subscription starts automatically. Selected participants may receive one asynchronous project review; the automated report is available without that review.
Limitations
The readiness template is a practical data-preparation aid. It does not determine all laws applying to a product, independently verify supplier claims, certify compliance, issue a legally sufficient Digital Product Passport, or file with a registry. Scores describe completeness, evidence coverage and action progress only. You remain responsible for checking your product information and claims before external use.
Your data and sharing choices
Upload only data and documents you are entitled to use. You control which product fields appear in a public preview. Supplier links are time-limited bearer links; send them only to the intended recipient and revoke them when no longer needed. Supplier submissions are staged for your review. Do not use the service to access another account, transmit malware or unlawful content, or exceed the pilot limits.
Availability and ending use
The pilot may change or have outages. You can export or delete your workspace through the app. We may suspend misuse or adjust pilot access with notice where practical. For help or questions about removal, email info@martiohn.com.
Feedback pilot reward
The feedback pilot runs through 31 October 2026. A participant who creates or opens a project and submits at least 30 characters of specific feedback from that account by 23:59:59 UTC on that date receives continued free access from 1 November 2026 through 30 April 2027 under the current one-project, five-model, 25-variant, 100-file and 50 MB limits. A bug or blocker counts; a purchase, positive review or public endorsement is not required. The workspace records the reward automatically after eligible feedback. One reward applies per account. We will not charge a card or start a paid subscription automatically. If we cannot continue the service, we will give reasonable notice and preserve the ability to export account data where practical.
Feedback and future pricing
Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product; avoid including confidential details in free-text feedback. A future paid service would require a separate offer and explicit acceptance. A €199 readiness sprint is an internal pricing hypothesis, not an active offer or validated customer price.
