Information used by the pilot
We process your account email and sign-in identifiers, company onboarding details, product records, uploaded evidence files and metadata, supplier requests and responses, tasks, public preview choices, support or review requests, and feedback. Essential first-party events record the route, feature, event name, time and account or anonymous session identifier; event records do not contain product field values. Infrastructure logs contain request metadata and errors. Do not put personal or sensitive information in free-text product fields unless it is needed for the service.
Purpose and access
We use these data to operate and secure the free pilot, produce readiness outputs, stage supplier responses for your approval, support users and improve the product. Your signed-in workspace controls its project records. A supplier holding an unexpired request link can see only the specific requested fields; treat the link as confidential. Operators with the admin role can review feedback, pilot review submissions and operating metrics. A public passport preview shows only fields you approve, until you disable its link. If you approve an externally hosted product image URL, the image host may receive the preview visitor’s network request; use an image host you control or trust. We do not use product contents for advertising.
Storage and retention
Amazon Web Services hosts the website, authentication, database, private evidence storage and operational logs in the EU Ireland region, with global CloudFront distribution for the public site. Private evidence is encrypted in S3 and accessed through short-lived signed URLs. We retain active pilot data while the account is in use, and remove workspace data when you use account deletion or request deletion, subject to records we must retain for security or legal reasons. Infrastructure logs and backup copies follow their configured retention periods. We will review retention rules as the pilot evolves.
Your controls
You can export your workspace and request correction or deletion in the app. You can also contact info@martiohn.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection or another privacy issue. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Cookies and browser storage
The workspace uses browser session storage for authentication and essential operation. Cognito may use essential sign-in cookies. When Google Ads measurement is configured, we ask your optional consent before loading its tag. If you allow it, the tag records a completed free pilot signup after setup; we do not send account email or product data to Google. You can decline without losing access and reopen Ad measurement choices in the page footer. No Google Ads tag loads before consent. First-party operational events continue independently of this choice.
