What we collect

When you register, our authentication provider handles your sign-in details. The application stores a user identifier, project and product fields you enter, evidence links, and feedback you submit. A contact email is optional in feedback. If you ask for a fit check by email, we receive the business details you choose to send; please do not attach confidential supplier files before a secure intake is agreed. Standard infrastructure logs may contain request and diagnostic information.

Why we use it

We use these records to provide and secure the pilot workspace, respond to support and fit-check requests, and decide what to improve. We do not use your product data for advertising. We do not run advertising tracking in the current pilot.

Storage and access

The service uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication and storage. Product records are available only to the signed-in account that created them through the application API. Authorized operators can review feedback to triage the backlog. Do not enter trade secrets or confidential supplier documents during this early pilot; use an approved evidence link or a description instead.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your pilot data, or raise another privacy question, by emailing info@martiohn.com. We will verify the request and respond under applicable law. Data is kept for the pilot and then reviewed for deletion or continued service need; we do not claim an automatic deletion period.

Cookies and tokens

The workspace stores sign-in state in your browser session so you can use the service. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are set by this site at this stage. Authentication pages operated by Cognito may have their own essential sign-in storage.

This notice will be updated if the pilot adds uploads, analytics, payments, or new service providers.
